Am intense tightening of your stomach... feels a lot like menstrual cramps
I have been getting Braxton hicks contr since week 17 i think and I'm 4 weeks now. I'm ftm and for me they aren't painful just uncomfortable. My stomach just gets hard as a rock a usually makes me wanna go pee ;-)
They shouldn't be painful and are good for labor preparation! Unless they are painful there is nothing to worry about!

The only way I can explain my contractions is my tummy gets really tight and feels like he is rising out of my tummy
Contractions feel like a tightening in your abdomen. Sometimes they make you feel like you really need to pee due to the intense pressure it puts on your bladder. I've never experienced contractions that make me feel like I need to poop and this is my fourth pregnancy. I guess I'd best describe a contraction like baby is curled up into a ball and making your stomach as hard as a rock. This'll last for 30 to 60 seconds before returning to normal.
Omg!!!! I been having them for the last 3 days..is that normal? Im 7months
Like you need to go poo.. but nothing comes out..
