baby shower

When is' it  the rite time to have a baby shower?. I'm 32 weeks and no one has thrown me a baby shower. should I throw my own baby shower at this point or wait? I'm not sure what to do. I didn't want to throw my self a baby shower. because Idid that with my last pregnancy. Aren't baby showers supposed to be a surprise?

Thank you! I figured it was way too late lolz. I think I'm just gonna buy all the necessary stuff. What ever else is needed the grandma's can get:-)Turns out they wanted to throw me one there's just no communication. I think I'll feel kinda uncomfortable at this point to be around a lot of people anyway. At least I know they are very excited for this baby to come and so am I. I can't wait:-)

Yeah i had mine at 20 weeks with my first pretty much after i knew what i was having. Having early is definitely the way to go because with my second i waited till near the end and i was miserable. Cranky. Tired. Back hurt and really just did t want to be around anyone by then

I feel like someone should have u the baby shower.  Like with me my mother in law she wanted me to plan it with her. I gave her my mom's # and said u guys plan it lol. Shoot I'm pregnant I have enough going on...

I've never had one. But usually it's up to you when you want one and usually your first baby close friends throw it. But I would do my own you know what you want, who you want to come ,etc

They might not be throwing you one if this is your second baby. Since some people don't think you should have another one. therefore you might want to do it yourself or ask a family member/bff their thoughts.

I think somewhere between 27-34 weeks is a good time. You don't want to wait too late. Having it a little early is good in case you need to purchase items off your registry that you didn't get.

I'm having mine sat I'll be 36 wks and don't wait that long I'm in no mood to party I say have it between 27-32 wks!

Im throwing my own! At 32weeks it will happen before I blow up and dont want to be seen lol ! Its a small one 25ppl

I throw my own Showers. Usually before 35 weeks because i deliver early always ): but for moms who go full term they do it at about 36, or 37 weeks.
