My doc approved castro oil so i just took 2 spoonfuls and we will see if it works. I am already 3cm dilated, so hopefully i will meet my son by tonight.

You can also try clary sage essential oil. Rub on abdomen and inside ankles. Buy it at any whole foods store

I am 40 weeks
I dont know if it was coincidence but I took castor oil..not all of it because it was disgusting lol but 2 hrs later my water broke! Good luck!
