For the women that gave birth already what does contractions feel like? Some people say it hurts like bad menstrual cramps but I never had menstrual cramps. Is there something else to compare it to so I'm prepared?
I agree with the leg cramps comparison. It's very bearable for awhile. And then when/ if it's not bearable, you can get meds to take away the pain. No need to worry. You'll do great!
Have u ever had REALLY bad gas?? That's something to compare it to, even though it's worse!!
I have never had menstrual cramps either but my midwife said they are similar to the worst leg cramps you ever had too.
Lol me either but I tried and thats what happened. Umm I dont know what to tell you. It feels like your stomach is tightening and loosening up. But the tightening hurts really bad.

I never had menstrual cramps I don't know what they feel like that's why I was trying to find something to compare it to. And no never had that feeling as well I don't know how to swim actually haha
It is like bad menstrual cramps but it comes in waves and last for minutes at a time. Have you ever had stomach pains after swimming because you ate.
