cramping :/

Im 16+2 today and last night i think i got carried away with my homecoming from out of town :p we did it twice and now im cramping :( i used to cramp a little during my first tri but haven't in a while :' does anyone have cramps one time and not the other? Im not spotting or anything just uncomfortable

You may also have a uti. I'm 26 weeks and just getting over my second one.... And I never get them! Call your doc.and ask them to do a urine test. A uti can cause you to feel crampy.

Cramps are normal after sex, especially if he ejaculates inside you which will cause your uterus to contract which sometimes feels like mild cramps. They should go away and not last very long but if they do just inform your dr to be on the safe side.
