cramping

I am 13 weeks and i have been cramping since yesterday. It gets stronger but no bleeding. I am tired of taking any meds including nausea medication. Is this normal?

Im 8 weeks and been cramping on and off since the start last week it got excruciating worst pains ive ever felt but came with huge amounts of gushing blood and a really large blood clot I thought I miscarried even the hospital confimrd it then the next day I had a scan and there was a baby with a heart beat I had a threatened miscarriage which is really uncommon only in 3% of pregnancies its called a subchronic hematoma very scary now its a waiting game hope my baby is strong fighter to stay put and I continue full term pregnancy

I think i am not enjoying the pregnancy feeling. Constantly tired...bad headaches. I can only drink sparkling water coz now regular water irritates me. I have frequent nausea episodes n little vomiting in my mouth when i burp. I am feeling helpless...i need suggestions
