I walk, I do squats, jog, and dance (I Jst don't over do it)
I walk 3 miles every other day, prenatal pilates (doc recommeded trainer on YouTube) or upper body work out with resistance bands. Of course I must do absolutely nothing at least 1 day a week!
Running, yoga, insanity videos with a bit of modification, elliptical, and lots of outdoor stuff- hiking, snowshoeing, etc. I was very active before and doc says exercise like before as long as u continue to tolerate it well. Also no fall risk, so no more snowboarding, mountain biking.
Zumba, yoga, and walking. I've been doing Zumba for 3 years and my instructor said no jumping or spinning (not that we spin much) so I'm just modifying some of the steps so I can keep up. My doc said that since I was already used to it and was modifying my movements I'd be fine.
I walk and do some stretching. Lots of heavy ish lifting unfortunately! My lo is about thirty pounds and still wants carried up and down stairs most of the time. I'm looking into belly dancing because I've heard it's really good during labor.
I walk, do yoga a bit and have been doing some serious spring cleaning
I do Pure Barre a few times a week. Sometimes I'm just too fatigued to do it, but I try.
I swim 3x a week, and am walking throughout the day at work...
Treadmill. ... I really wanted to keep doing Zumba but my teacher told me it wasn't a good idea! :(
I swim and do a fitness class twice a week. Swimming is an hour each day. The fitness class involves running laps, squats, kettle balls, planks, etc.
I was athletic going in and plan to maintain but I go for walks every now and then too.
I just walk for 30 min .. I used to lift but I totally stopped . Just light cardio
