fight fatigue / energy boost

hi ladies,

hope y'all are well.

I sit at home all day and only venture out for groceries. I spend most of the day in bed and I'm always sooo exhausted.  I get around 9 hours of sleep at night,  but still I'm always tired or lazy. I hate being like this  :-(

what's your go-to for an energy boost, or to fight fatigue?  how do u keep yourself going all day long?

thanks for sharing.

I believe that is just a perk of pregnancy. There's not much you can do just make sure u get plenty of liquids and take your vitamins! I too am at home all day and the few times I do go out with my mom friends or husband I become exhausted and sore so easily. I'm 33 weeks and my guess is it only gets worse until baby arrives. Good luck

They say if you get to much sleep or rest it actually makes you more tired. 9 hours doesn't sound like it would be to much though in my opinion so I'm not real sure.

yeah ... I'm kinda semi-nauseous all day, sweaty, tired n don't feel like doing anything.
but my dad is visiting on Thursday,  a friend is staying with us the entire week after. I can barely drag myself out of bed at 8 in the morning.

does anyone have some tips on boosting energy levels?
