full too fast

Hi everyone, I'm at the end of my nine weeks and I can't eat anything w/o feeling like I stuffed myself. I normally have a big appetite n thought it will continue through the pregnancy.....Anyways, is it normal to feel thI'd full after eating 1/4 of what I normally eat?....I hate the feeling of being so full

I had the same problem. Its due to the bloating and growing and everything shifting. After 20 weeks I could eat a full meal again. Eat small frequent meals rather than sitting down for 2 or 3 large meals.

Completely normal hun! My appetite didn't kick in until about 23 weeks. After that... food beware. I would fix my husbands and my plate for dinner then I would notice that I had the same amount as he did so I would add more to his..... he was not thrilled when he found this out..... Lol

yes. I'm 10 weeks and usually have to eat small amounts at a time. I get full fast and then hungry again soon after. I usually eat a small meal and then have a snack later.
