I know it may seem silly to ask, but is that process safe for pregnancy? The only thing I may worry about is consuming epsom salts. The rest do not sound like it would be a problem.
Eat 4-5 apples a day or drink 5 glasses of apple juicefor 5days. This will soften the stones. On the 6th Day do not eat dinner and at 6 take teaspoon Epsom salt with warm glass water. At 8 repeat. This will open the gallbladder ducts. At 10 take 1/2 cup oil olive and 1/2 cup lemon juice and drink. This will lubricate any stones to pass. The next morning you should find green stones in your stool usually they will float.
I went to the er because the pain was so bad. They Did blood work and said I had a virus which could be causing the stomach pain but they said since I had back pain too it was more than likely gallbladder and if it happens again to come in and they run test for gallbladder. And then they sent me to l & d to make sure the baby was fine. The nurse couldn't believe how much she was moving around. Lol. At least I know the baby's OK.

Turns out with the family history of gallbladder issues and the hormones of pregnancy I developed stones, lots of them. Shortly after my sons birth I was in the hospital getting it removed. And found out it was the reason for all the issues in the end. Apple juice helps pass the stones as well as cranberry juice, luckly baby friendly. Tell your ob if you are experiencing pains especially if they are mid-chest or mid-back. And pains are after spicy or greasy foods. But honestly bring it up. I wish I had.

How funny. I was just searching for a post I made a few days ago about nausea so I could update when I came across your post. I actually have never had an attack before but since I've been researching my recent annoying symptoms like nausea, heartburn, indigestion, gassiness, pain, overall feeling bad, and now most concerning, clay colored stool, I have decidedbi must have gallstones. I am just trying to decide ifbthis warrants an immediate visit to my obgyn tomorrow morning or if I can go to work tomorrow and keep my appt with her this friday.
