I have anxiety also.its been rough but.only had 4 attacks through these 9 months. When I get the attacks I just tried to breath and remain as calm as possible
I Have borderline state a personality disorder and bad anxiety and panic and take sertraline 100mg and olanzapine 5mg which has been reduced from 10mg. Medication is the last resort but meditation is great and thinking of happy times in your life when you get anxious helps too also deep breaths in your nose and out your mouth help loads xxx hope ur OK. Meditation works great but it is hard to master sometimes. Look for mind body classes that can give you some techniques. Something to look up on youtube is guided imagery.
Also try to find some guided meditation on YouTube that helps me deal with my social anxiety med free for over 2 years good luck
I have severe anxiety and a panic.disorder. I take xanax bars when I'm not pregnant. But pregnant I take low doses of melatonin. Most people use it for sleep but I have a high drug tolerance so I was suggested it by my doc. It works amazing it calms my nerves like my xanax doe. and its all natural and safe during pregnancy. Ask your ob about it.
