itchy nipples

Im 14 weeks and my nipples are soooo itchy! Did not go through this with firat pregnancy! I have tried lotions and oils...put vasoline on....nothing has worked! Im about to itch the darn things off....any suggestions?

If you started leaking yet even if you have to "milk" it do so and rub it in around the nipple like lotion all the way in it helps trust me im 40+2 and it never failed

Too much itching can cause stretch marks so try not to.

I was like that too nothing worked it just kinda went away on its own thank god. I know what ur going through and it ***** :)

I don't know if this idea will help but sometimes I use ice pack packs to cool off itchy skin (it offers some relief). I wouldn't suggest direct contact but maybe over a bra or a wash rag. I haven't dealt with this (just sore nipples). Worse comes to worse maybe ask your doctor.
