I drink a glass of either milk or Gatorade before bed. The vitamins and electrolytes seem to help. Increase your water intake during the day so you're not getting up to pee all night.
Try stretching your legs and calve muscles before bed. This helps me along with a big chug of water.. even thou ill pay for it in less then 2 hours. Then I drink more lol. Viscous cycle ;)
I get them bad to. My legs and feet. I drink water every time I go pee at night. I don't know what helps I just try to massage them out. They hurt bad and sometimes feels like there never going away. I never had this with my other two.

Part of being pregnant. It's horrible. I remember with my first waking up screaming because it hurt so bad. Potassium and water is really all you can do. Flexing your foot when you feel a cramp coming on is suppose to help also.
