miscarriage

Devastated. I've been bleeding for a few days but want for an internal scan on Friday and they saw development. Roughly 6 weeks. Today I had low abdominal pain and then went to the toilet and heavy bleeding. Been trying for over a year and and half and nd this overs my first time pregnant. Thought this was too good to be true. Going to ring hospital tomorrow as I was due to go back for another scan on Wednesday. Can't be good news after what I've just experienced :(

After having 2 miscarriages myself I understand ur pain. Try and stay positive for the future and see it as ur body wasn't ready for it yet, it is the most horrendous and cruelest thing to ever go through but it's like the doctors use to say to me that it is better to miscarry now instead of later due to complications. It's third time lucky for me it'll happen for u too. Xxx

I'm so sorry to be reading this :(
I won't say everything happens for a reason, because that was the WORST thing anyone could have ever said to me when I lost Levi. People that say those things have never experienced a loss so great.
Your heart will ache and your eyes will cry, I'm sure - but it was nothing you did and I'm sure deep down you know that, although I'm sure it's hard to believe.
I still have days where I say to myself, what if I didn't sleep on my stomach, or what if I didn't eat that one raw cookie, etc. But the truth is, this unfortunate event is not preventable :(
Be strong my dear.

I had a HUGE gush of blood at 6wks, no clots, but cramps and thought for sure I lost the baby :(
they did a vaginal u/s and saw a little flicker.
I spotted brown for 2wks after that, and then again at 12wks I had another gush of blood, and had an u/s already scheduled for the next day and baby was perfect.
I'm now 16wks tomorrow and can feel baby move.
Blood doesn't mean anything as far as I can see, i'm hoping for the best for you!

Don't worry mama! I had that when I was about 8-10 weeks along with this one. Turns out I just had a cyst that ruptured! Everything was fine. I'm 36 weeks now.

Thank you. I phoned the early pregnancy unit and have a scan tomorrow, instead of Wednesday. Have no pains now but still bleeding but not as heavy as yesterday. When I went on Friday for bleeding I thought the worst but told they could see the sac a and yolk sac. See if if cam be lucky again.

I hope for the best for you!  I was my mom's third kid and she didn't know about me until Month FIVE because she had a light "period" (or what she thought was a period!) until then.... and then she got sore breasts and went for a check!  Wishing you a happy and healthy pregnancy.   Will keep you in my thoughts! !!  ♡♡♡☆♡☆♡♡♡

Sorry to hear that.  When I had my miscarriage, I was 13 weeks, but it was a missed miscarriage, and I didn't know I had lost the baby (and therefore never bled).  I hope you get some good news.

The cramping is normal. Just the uterus stretching.

Not necessarily! It could be decidual bleeding. Everything may be perfectly fine. It's like a period, even heavy with clots. It is just a shedding of the lining of the rest of the uterus where the baby isn't at. It may be that.
