miscarriage?

Started brown spotting yesterday that went into maroonish color, not feeling up pads.  Ultrasound showed sac in uterus but no heartbeat or fetal pole I was 5wk 6days yesterday.  Still having bleeding today but not lots, hardly any pain and blood is not bright red.  Hcg level yesterday low at 499.  Any words of wisdom would be very much appreciated, I feel so alone.

I'm 6 wks today, I noticed this afternoon I have brownish discharge but I think it's ok because my bf and I had sex on Friday and I read that having sex in early pregnancy can "unlodge" some old blood. Did you have sex recently? It could also just be late implantation bleeding. Usually that comes as a brown discharge.

I had same discharge at like 7 or 8 week,, now im 35w ....I hope is just the implantation of the egg of what u going throw. .. good luck

You usually don't see anything but the sac til 7 or 8 weeks.
