I'm on medicaid. ... should I look for a pediatrician through them or on my own? So confused. ....26 weeks pregnant ftm
I started looking when I was around 5-6 months with my first two kids and will have the same one with my baby. Where I live most dr take it but can only have some many. Might be best to look now and get your baby on a list
Where I live almost no one accepts medicaid so I'd start looking around if I were you...
It's a website called health grade and you can look up what ever doctor you might need. And it will tell you when you click on the doctor what insurances they cover. Hope that helps.
Almost everyone accepts Medicaid, but you can call Medicaid and ask for a list of providers in your area that are covered. It may help you narrow down your choices easier.
