plz help

Hello,

I'm a lactating mother of a 19 months old son. My period didn't return till date. I have undergone whole abdominal scan on April 11th. Doc said I'm normal n suggested some follow up checkup after three month if I would not get my period back. Recently I.e from April 23 rd I'm halving some abdominal cramps n on n off cervical mucus. Elevated apatite n mid night vomiting sensation. It lasts only for one or two hours. My milk supply is normal. My stomach is sour. My son loves shoulder time...these days my stomach hurts when I lift him. Usually we do lot of cuddles. He loves to sit on my stomach but these days I'm afraid to let him sit on my stomach. Does any body know what is happening???Am I pregnant again??? I didn't do HPT yet.plz reply..thanks in advance.....

You should discuss these symptoms with your doctor as they may not be pregnancy related. They will know the right questions to ask you. Even though you are breastfeeding, it is possible to get pregnant.
