I take a prenatal vitamin with iron and also a DHA only prenatal vitamin. I'm 8w+2d and haven't been to my first obgyn appt yet, have that at 10 weeks. Don't know if this helps, just what I decided to do. I've read a lot about how good DHA is for baby brain, joint, eye, skin and heart health so that's why I supplement that :)
Take the one woth DHA when they test your blood if in need of iron will put you on iron as well. The vit c is because it helps you absorb the iron
I take a pre natal vitamin without DHA but also take the DHA vitamin. I use the Spring Valley brand.
Make sure you take the vitamin with iron. You need the rest but you really need iron during pregnancy. Not taking the proper suppliments can lead to birth defects. Good luck :)
Woman's one a day prenatal has all the vitamins
I really like them I haven't had any problems such as my iron running low.
I take a generic prenatal, fish oil, AND iron supplements. It's safe to take more than one. Just make sure you tell your doctor about everything you're taking.
Find one that contains them all, or take a separate supplement that contains the missing component. While pregnant you don't want to go without iron. You can become slightly anemic even while taking a prenatal that contains iron.
The most important thing to have in your vitamin is folic acid
