sharp pains

Im 30 Weeks today. A ftm. All morning I've been getting sharp pains in my belly, back, sides, and vagina. They're not too painful. They only last like ten seconds at the most. Is this normal? are these Braxon Hicks? Is this a sign of preterm labor? is this cause to call the doctor our is this completely expected?

If the pain grabs u n u can't speak call ur Dr asap...but ur still really u might want to run it by him/her anyway just to be safe
