I just got back from my doc he said the baby has turned head down n that may have caused the sore spot as well. Congrats to all of you and thanks for the responses. Glad to know I'm now going threw this alone :)

I had this exact pain. I spoke to my midwife last week and she has assured me that it was just my stomach muscles starting to separate to make room for the growing baby. Pain killers definitely help and resting where possible :)

I have a sore spot on my upper belly kinda under my beasts in the middle. It's weird. I go to the doctor tomorrow I'll ask then! I think I did too much lifting.

My hubby thought maybe it was from the baby kicking but I never feel anything in that area. Are you having any Braxton Hicks? I swear I have been had cramping so bad Saturday night I couldn't eat at one of my fav  spots :/
