vbac clinic what to expect! ?

Hey ladies  iv an appointment  at a vbac clinic  tomorrow  anyone able to guide  me  as to  what it's going to be about. And if I opt for a c section  will they give me  a  date. I'm 38 weeks now

Jasmine oils and Clary sage oils. Also semen I hear swallowing it is 10x stronger then having it in your cervix.. kind of gross but whatever works lol. At 37 my.last resort will be  castor oil and orange juice

How  do  you  intend to  self  induce  though?

I Have my vbac consult In 3 weeks. They basically go over everything with you and tell you all the risks and Yes they're scary to hear. But they have to tell you them and then you sign a bunch of papers saying your okay with alk them. I'll be having mine and also scheduling a section for 39 weeks in case I don't go Into labor on my own. My hospital wont Induce with vbacs so I'll be self inducing after 36 weeks.

I had an  emergency  section  cause  of  failed  induction for being  post dates  it was horrible. Had a long traumatic  labour  and birth experience. So planning  on  section so I can have a peaceful  experience  this time

I'm going for VBAC in March. I feel safer with that because I don't want more c sections.  They'll give you information I'm sure to help you decide :)
