water leaking? or did i pee myself lol

Ok ladies here is a tmi question... I haven't had anything yet to drink today so my bladder hasn't been full. I went to the bathroom 10min ago! And I have a wicked cold! I've been coughing a lot to the point where I feel like I could puke from hacking so hard. Anyways... I coughed and bam a gush of fluid! I'm 30w and I haven't had any opening or thinning, water was a good level and cervix length was good last ultrasound.. I have never peed myself before? I went to the bathroom right after to see if I had to pee or something and nothing! Not to mention I keep feeling more wetness by the minute. I don't want to go to ld again and be like I think I might have peed myself... that's embarrassing! Advice ladies lol ??

I had a nasty fall yesterday and felt a trickle run down my leg. I wasn't sure if it was my waters, sweat or water from what I slipped in  so I changed my underpants to see if they stayed dry which they did. I had to go to the doc to have my knee looked at that I sprained in the incident and she said if my underpants stayed dried not to worry but be on the look out incase it threw me into early labour. So far so good (I'm 37wks). So if I were you I'd put a new pair on sit down and relax and see if they get wet.

Go get checked. Put a pad on to. My l&d said they can check your underwear. I would do it just to make sure. I know going to l&d is a pain but they are there to give you peace of mind when you need it.

I've been told that if that happens and I can't tell, put a pad on and if it continues, smell it and if it doesn't distinctly smell like urine go in just in case:)
