I am 38 weeks and every time I go to the bathroom I notice my underwear are wet. Its not a discharge, its just wet. It doesnt feel like anything is coming out though. Could this be my water breaking?

You should go get checked because you might be just leaking water and it doesn't mean your water broke. They make a quick swab to check if it's discharge or the amniotic fluid..  I recommend you go in since your already that far away.. It happened to me in my first pregnancy and I had to stay in the hospital..

Please go get checked! This could definately be your water. My first pregnancy, at 37 weeks I had just barely wet underware & had an appointment anyways that day. Actually saw the nurse practioner b/c my dr was on vacay. She said it was too early & it was just the mucous plug. Turns out it was my water slowly leaking & 5 days later I started having contractions. By the time I got to the hosp they had to take me right away for a c-section, his heart rate was dropping & she said he was pretty stuck in there b/c of the fluid being gone! There is a simple test they do with a litmus-like paper to see if it's amniotic fluid or not. Don't let them tell you it's nothing, just ask to be tested. If it's not then you'll have peace of mind! Best luck to you momma!

My water started off leaking. I woke up in the morning and my underwear were wet. I put a pad on and it very slowly leaked more. I went in and got it tested. Before the test came back my water fully broke. Bounce on a ball or walk. Put a pad on and you will know if your leaking. Never hurts to go get looked at either:) good luck

Mine was always wet and it was just discharge.
If it's your water,  your underwear would be soaked.
