What are some things i can do to dilate cause right now I'm at 0.
Had doc appoinment today and she said to help things to get going - either wait to get induced or have sexy time. Semen is like a lower-concentrate version of what they'd induce you with.
Im 36 week
Nothing really. There's a lot of old wives tales, but unless you're body is ready (physically) nothing is going to make it go faster. It can happen over night though so try not worry. How far along are you?
