Confused

I'm late on my period this month and there is no sign of it.  I'm going on three weeks late and I'm always on time, even to the day.  I've had fatigue and seem to get full rather quickly and have lost my appetite and I've had frequent heartburn.  I've also been having very "off the wall" dreams!  I've been pregant twice before and miscarried both times at 11 weeks.  The first pregnancy I knew right away because my breasts were overly sore.  The second pregnancy, I only knew because I missed my period and took a test.  I've taken a couple of pregancy tests and they have both been negative.  I don't know what to do or if I should do anything but wait.

Any advice?  Ideas?

Best of luck!! It could be a missed period, or you could be pregnant! I agree that a doctor's visit is in order. Did you do your HPTs first thing in the morning?

I agree. It's time to see the doctor. I hope you are pregnant! It's best to find out earlier rather than later I think. So make the appointment soon. Perhaps you could use a little help with progesterone or something to get to a different outcome than you had before. Only the Dr. can tell you that. I'm very hopeful for you.

I third that.  No extra advice to give, but I wish you luck.

I agree - have the doctor do a beta on you (blood pregnancy) test.  That should show conclusively whether you're pregnant or not.  Even though your symptoms suggest pregnancy, it very well might be credited to a hormonal imbalance, some kind of virus, etc.  In other words, it's very difficult to rely on symptoms to determine pregnancy - almost impossible.

You can have your Dr. do a blood test. When was the last time you tested? I have heard that sometimes it can take up to two weeks after missed AF to show on a test. Also sometimes we just skip a cycle for no apparent reason. Have you been under any stress? You may have O'd late. Good luck!
