Did anyone get BFP with IUI and very little cramping/pain with actual IUI?

I had my 2nd IUI yesterday - and with my first IUI and my IVF cycle, I got mildly hyperstimulated and was in SO much pain starting immediately - the morning after the trigger.  I know it sounds ridiculous, because I'm THRILLED that I'm not in too much pain, but this time I haven't felt too much.  Maybe the occassional stabbing pain that MAY be ovulation, but I've felt more O pain on nonmedicated cycles where I knew I O'd.  Yesterday I was definitely bloated, but nothing painful or anything.  Today I'm starting to feel the tender fullness like my ovaries are ballooning, but nothing like before.  And I definitely don't have that hyperstimulated pain where the bloating at the top of my belly right under my rib cage hurts so bad.  I have PCOS, so I had 4 mature follicles at 19-21mm, and about TEN others that were in the 14-16mm range, so I had a lot going on in there!

I KNOW I NEED TO RELAX!!!  And that I'm being stupid - but I can't stop myself.  I'm just worried that because I don't feel too much going on in there that it didn't work.  Maybe I haven't O'd yet?  My RE's office does IUI's only 12 hours past trigger.  We did have a phenomenal sperm count - almost 100 million (yes, 100 - not 10) with 91% motility!  So I keep telling myself that even if I O late, with that many sperm there's bound to be some left to do the job.  Plus we BD'd last night and probably will again tonight.

I was just hoping to find some stories of women who had BFP's with IUI's where their IUI caused them very little discomfort.

I never had any pain and very little if any cramping.  I have gotten bfp from IUI three times.  Don't worry hon, if the old saying "no pain no gain is true" you are still covered. TTC with fertility issues is pain enough.  :)

I am sorry, I have never had an IUI.  I did want to wish you luck, and hope you can relax.  There is almost nothing worse then the wait.  I hope to soon be reading about your BFP.
