spirulina and wheatgrass can also lower fsh, also you could add maca to the mix that trying43 has reccomended as well
Thank you so much Steph8118. It gives me so hope. He is a very nice doctor, but boy, when he stressed how concerned he was I felt like I had nothing left, especially since i heard many women have FSH well over 15 and still get pregnant with just shots vs. IVF. Where do I find DHEA?
Thank you so much for your feedback. I agree....I felt it was so quick to just tell me to automatically go to IVF. I get it, two miscarriages is scary, but having me go right to IVF without any alternative options seems extreme. It's so confusing.
Thank you so much for such great information. Where do you get DHEA?
UGH!! Typo patrol --- not "doctor's make "-- instead "doctors make"! Sorry!
I would get a second opinion. Keep in mind the doctor's make a lot more money with IVF (especially with donor eggs) than they do with other types of treatments (IUI for one). DHEA (micronized and timed release) supposedly works wonders--I notice that trying43 said the same thing. There are studies, especially out of Canada, that discuss the miracle working benefits of that pill. I am taking it. My RE said that DHEA actually helps to make the eggs I have more readily accept the sperm. He drew a picture and tried to explain that the eggs as we age have a lower ability to accept the sperm, but DHEA helps this by opening more receptors. I wish you luck! Please keep us informed.
Haha just reread my post...no thongs will help that's things lol stupid smart phone
No! First of all clomid in some people especially older will elevate fsh. There are other meds to be used. Second remember fsh will fluctuate month to month. And third there are thongs you can take and do to naturally lower fsh. You are already doing acupuncture which is helpful. Ad wheat grass, royal jelly, dhea, b6, it should take about 3 months for improvement. Good luck.
Get a second professional opinion. Something this big warrants a second opinion. Good Luck!
