Any chance I will ovulate this month?

Hi Ladies,
Hope everyone had a great weekend. My period started 9/13, and my cycles are usually 30-31 days and regular. So I guess I'm about CD17. I usually get a positive for OPK between CD14-CD17 but have not so far. My temp is still low. I started to have a cold over the weekend (sore throat, runny nose, body ache, sneezing but no fever). Also, I have positive OPK and temp shift every month. My question is should I just cross out this month and assume that I won't ovulate or is there a chance that it will happen later?  Also can OPK and temp shift confirm that I do ovulate every month? Thanks a lot ladies. Have a nice day!!!

Thanks Lisa for your comment! I guess I just have to keep testing. I remember reading somewhere saying illness will affect ovulation, but I'm not sure it will stop all together or just delay.

My cycles were usually always 28 days, but when I started using OPK I found out I ovulated all over the place.  Some months I had short luteral phases when period came only 9 DPO and others when I o'd were normal 13 DPO.
You can still ovulate this month - keep POAS and wait it out.
