Doing everything wrong

Well I've been doing everything wrong during this pregnancy. Before I found out I went ice skating, had a girl's night out at a smoky bar and got drunk, and did a bunch of stomach crunches while exercising. Well I just found out I shouldn't be taking my flonase or prilosec. I hope I haven't done too much damage to the little guy.

I just called my doctor and the nurse said it was fine if I took those and can even continue taking them.

Ditto what Amanda said!  We do so much worrying...I did it too, even stressed over the Tylenol PM I had taken before finding out I was pregnant, and the one glass of wine.

I won't say don't worry, because I know that doesn't help.  :)  All we can do is try and remain positive and only look forward!

You haven't been doing anything wrong at all.  Ice Skating is just fine.  It's only later on in pregnancy that you might want to avoid activities where you might fall, but nothing to worry about there.  Your girls night out?  Do you know how many women drink or even worse before knowing they are pregnant?  If it caused a big problem 1/2 our population would be suffering fetal alcohol syndrome.  Don't give it a second thought. And the medication?  Talk to your OB.  You are so early in your pregnancy, I am sure all is just fine.  You can't do everything wrong in a pregnancy when you don't even know you are pregnant.  If you are really worried, discuss with your Dr.  But I really doubt you have much to worry about.
