I have horrible back pain. For a while it was my hips hurting and now that seems to have gone away, but now my back has been hurting. Today its so bad I can't barley walk and had To bring a heating pad to walk!! I'm 31 weeks and haven't ever felt like this. Anything I could or should do to help with it??

My hips and back have been bothering me since the end of July/ beginning of August.  It's progressively gotten worst and my job is very physical, so it has been really hard.  I will have to check to see if there is an acupuncturist near me.  I will Stearns clear from the chiropractor though, I had a bad experience with one and I have had neck issues so I am very panicky when it comes to my back.  But I need to do something because its not gonna get any better any time soon!!

I'm 28 weeks and have been seeing a chiropractor for my back/ hip pain over the last couple of weeks. She specialises in us pregnant folk and also uses acupuncture, which I find really helpful. I'd say I've seen a 90% improvement in my mobility (i too was struggling to walk/ be comfortable when standing or sitting or sleeping) and an equal reduction in pain. So far I've had 5 appointments as I'm keen to be able to function asap!

When you find out let me know!!  My hips and back are killing me!!  Especially the past 2 weeks!! :-(
My doc says it's normal, Tylenol and hot baths are about all you can do :-(  It was so bad last night I couldn't roll over without tremendous pain and on top of that my little guy was really low kicking very hard, it was painful and made me jump every time:-(  I hope you start feeling better, and someone knows a way to cope that's safe and fast!!!!  Good luck!!  I'm 25 weeks.
