Brown Spotting?

I'm about 5 weeks. I'm concerned because when I go to the bathroom and wipe there is brown blood on the tissue.  Is this normal? I'm not having  a miscarriage am I?

It's better that you made an appointment.  Spotting can be for different reasons and should be evaluated.  I've had two miscarriages myself. One was typical- cramping, spotting then heavier bleeding.  The second one I had no cramping or spotting- it's called a missed miscarriage. And you can have symptoms anywhere in between.  Odds are that a little light brown spottingb
is okay,  but better to be safe. Good luck and keep us posted!

It could be implantation bleeding. I had it at 2 weeks.  You should call the doctor anyway. But what I said is usually true. I've had 3 miscarriages been through the whole gammit! Dr. Always told me a little spotting is no big worry. But cramping and spotting is.

I should note,  my period was supposed to come on the 1st.  I've tested positive for pregnancy as of the 6th with clear blue... That should put me at 4 to 5 weeks...  Could this be implantation bleeding?

Well it's sorta that kind of brown when you go off your period and it's ending.... It was light brown red a day ago and only when wiping, but now the spotting is that end if your period brown, it's not heavy but it hasn't stopped...  Going for 3 days now...  I don't even have to wear a liner cause it's not flowing to my panties... I only see it when I wipe.

It's possible. But usually you will see bright red blood right away even if just a little.  It could be a urinary tract infection or something too. If you don't feel any cramping,  the baby is probably okay.
