Birthday trip to the ER

Well today is my B-day, turned 40 yuck!! not off to a good start, at 2am hubby had to take my little man to the ER he had a stuffy nose and was breathing really fast, scared me to death, I can not drive yet due to c-section so I had to stay home with our boys while hubby and baby went to the ER so I am just sitting here going crazy waiting for them to call or come home, got one call and o2 level was great and xray looked good, not sure what they are doing now, so once again I am askig for prayers that my little man is OK thanks ladies you guys are the best,

Happy Birthday Julia.  I am sure your little guy is just fine.  It must be so scary, especially after his extended hospital stay, but I have no doubt he is in great hands.  I am saying an extra prayer for you all!  Please update us when you can.  ((((hugs))))Amanda

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!  I'm sure everything will be just fine.  Those little STINKERS can really scare you!!!  I did the same thing w/our first, she was about 1 weeks old, & she was breathing all irregular, & had a stuffy nose & the first thing the DR in the ER said, was "this is your first baby, right"?  I was...yes BUT she is not doing well!
Anyway, she was totally fine :)
Keep us posted, & I hope the rest of your day is FABULOUS!

Happy B-day.  I know it can be scary, my friends little boy has some type of asthma and when he was 3 months old he started to breath funny.  She freaked out and took him to ER.  She was so scared that she forgot to pick up her other daughter at day care so we had to but we didn't mind.

Hopefully Stephen is home now and things are fine.  Take care,

Gail

Happy Birthday, julia although i'm sure this isn't the way you want to celebrate it -yikes.  It sounds like your baby's going to be fine but hearing breathing like you described is just plain scary!  Noah got some kind of bronchial infection when he was 2-3 weeks old - scared the bejesus out of us.

I will have your little one in my prayers and thoughts tonight - take care, jen
