7 week pregnancy slow heat beat and growth

I am currently 7 weeks into my pregnancy and had my first scan
Position was good in the uterus but the bad news was heart beat was only at 84 instead of usual 140 and the size was small for 7 weeks therefore slow growth. We have been advised the likelyhood that this pregnancy will continue is not good and most likely the heart beat will just stop. Has anyone had any experience with this and could things change or is it just not going to be our turn this time

Both of these ladies answered your question better than I could. I just wanted to let you know that I am praying for your little bean to have great growth spurt in the next few days!!!

Please keep us posted!

sorry and know exactly how this feels. agree with agdal. either you will have a growth spurt, or nature will take it's course. just take care of yourself and those of us who have been there before are here to listen.

I am so sorry you are going through this.  I have heard this type of story go both ways, and sadly all you can do is wait it out.  I think that is the most frustrating...the not knowing.  Hang in there, and please keep us posted.  Welcome, and know we are here to support you.
