Has anyone gotten pregnant from depo and if so when did you find out since your hormones level is low when taking a pregnancy test. I'm not sure if I am or not so I just wanted to see others opinion I'm having all the signs

I was on depo for about a year and couple months when I stopped taking it nothing happened until about a year later... the hole time I thought I couldn't get pregnant or my boyfriend wasn't able to have kids..but now I will be 30 weeks pregnant Monday and am having a little girl.(:

Another good question us to ask if the women who got pregnant took any other medications, such as anti biotics, that are known to decrease effectiveness. If you do not want to become pregnant and you have plenty of education on how your birth control works and follow protocol for the depo/pill etc. then you should have a very good chance of avoiding pregnancy. Bless you for being a good mom who is planning your pregnancies!

I am on the depo shot because I definitely don't want any more children! I'm curious to know about these women who do get pregnant while on it, do they fall pregnant on the first month of getting the shot, or is it more towards the end when they are actually due for the next shot? I've always been curious about that, because I always hear of so many stories of women not being able to get pregnant for a long time after they stop getting it.

My cousin got pregnant with her first two kids while on depo!

I've been of the depo shot since march and now I'm 8 weeks pregnant.
