So after a week of stopping my estradiol and progesterone suppositories because they said I'm going to have a chemical pregnancy, my beta finally doubled every 45 hrs, they tell me my estradiol has dropped so now I'm going to maybe have an ectopic...I can't take this!

I am Happy for you that things have continued to go up.  Cautiously Optimistic...we just never know God's plan.

I want so much to be excited I do, they just can't say why miraculously my beta got to normal. I will know more tomorrow! 8 )

Oh my gosh, I would be fit to be tied.  To put someone through this is insane.  Good luck tomorrow, keeping you and the little one in my thoughts.

Now I'm not sure about anything. My RE called and said my hormone levels are normal, he just thinks my beta is a mistake and he wants to do it again tomorrow. We will just have to see!

This nurse seems to be seriously confused! How could it be an ectopic pregnancy with an IVF?? And with HCG numbers rising?? Stay hopeful!

I'm feeling perfectly pregnant! That's why I called and low and behold, my beta doubled, my progesterone went up and is normal but my e2 is has dropped, but the nurse had me discontinue all my meds, why can't e2 go down to normal? I don't know! No pain, just pg symptoms, headache, bigger bbs, dizzy, tired etc....

I cannot believe they are leaping to such quick diagnoses, and all based on bloodwork. Also, didn't you do IVF?  Admittedly, I don't know much about IVF, but can you even have an etopic that way?  If you are over 5 weeks now, you need to have an ultrasound.  Through a transvaginal ultrasound, a sac will show now, and that will tell them once and for all.

To go from chemical to etopic is a pretty big leap in my opinion.  Completely different issues and this nurse seems to be all over the map.  Demand an ultrasound.

I'm sorry your going through this.  A difficult situation being made worse by your medical staff.  Your still not having any spotting, bleeding or pain right?

Hopefully they will be wrong about this too.  I'm wishing you all the best and praying that everything will come out ok.  I've been checking your status everyday since you got your bfp and really hope you will have a happy and healthy 9 months from here on out!
