Cervical Ache???

I posted this on the Nov Babies forum but thought I'd try here too...
Okay, I know this might sound a bit weird but I'm a little worried.  All day I've been feeling not so much "pain" but this dull ache in my cervix.  It's not there all the time and it seems to go away when I'm walking about and sometimes even when I'm sitting or lying still, I suddenly realise it's not there but then it comes back.
I'm assuming that this is something to do with the increased blood flow or whatever but thought I'd ask if anyone else is experiencing this.

Oh wow.. I only just got notification of all these posts, including my own, this morning!!
Again, thanks to all.  Turned out it was nothing... woke up in the morning and it was gone.  I paid attention for the rest of the day to see if even the tinniest twinge came back but nada.

Magda - notice what time this post is written - LOL.  This da#%! insomnia!

I agree w/everyone - don't wait if you're concerned.  I'm not sure what's done in your neck of the woods if you have a question over the weekend.  Definitely watch for contractions, etc.  Chances are you're just fine.

Thank you ladies!!  Yes, I will speak to my doctor but as it's the weekend here, just thought I'd have a go on here first.

I agree with Tanker.  Ask your ob to check out your cervix to make sure it's not thinning.  It's probably nothing though, just the pressure of the growing baby.

You're little baby could be kicking it or it could be a sign of cervical changes.. i would let your dr know.. I wouldn't wait till your next appt.. I would call.. It is probably nothing but better to be safe... How far along are you??
