pregnancy symptoms

I recently turn 35 and last week I found out that I am 4 weeks pregnant. I live in fear since thursday 7/8/10, that is when I fount out I was pregnant. This is my 4th pregnancy, the last 3 ended in mc. My OB put me on pregesteron and blood thinner to see if this time I have a succesful pregnancy. Now, I am 4wk 2 days and have no pregnancy symptoms other than nausea here and there, and every time I go to the bathroom I am just terrified. Is anyone out there in the same situation when am I supossed to feel symptoms please any feed back will be greatly appreciated. I can not keep my mind off the fact that I may mc again.

I also had multiple miscarriages before I had my son, so I completely understand how you feel.  It's almost impossible not to read into every little symptom (or lack of) and to worry non stop.  I did too.  The only thing you can really do is just try to take it one step at a time.  Celebrate every single day and just keep moving forward.  Lack of symptoms is meaningless, although I know they are comforting.  But at this stage I don't think too many women have symptoms yet.  They may come on later, or maybe you'll get lucky and not have them at all!

BTW - I also was on progesterone supplements and baby asprin with my son.  I have no idea if that was what helped, but he is here and 5 1/2 months old and doing great!  Even with those of us that have experienced loss after loss, happy ending still happen!!  Good luck and congratulations!

I understand the constant state of fear, but try to relax and enjoy being pregnant. I am 8 weeks and still have hardly any symptoms. But RE says all is well and I've seen my tiny beating heart!

Hey,
congratulations on becoming pregnant, I really do know how you are feeling, I have had 3 miscarriages now, fell pregnant naturally even tho tests have confirmed I have low progesterone, which did increase after 2nd miscarriage, 3rd pregnancy I was still offered no help, but now I have lost that one they are doing "more tests"
I would be more positive being pregnant if I was put on progesterone pessaries and I have heard blood thinner can help especially if you have been tested for blood clotting disorders, I know its hard as I too was terrified of going the loo, nausea here and there is good, I didnt feel any nausea at all, altho felt tired leading up to and for a week after missed periods, i really believe we will get there and I hope you have a sucessfull pregnancy.
