Faint Pinkish-Brown Discharge

Hi all,
I'm 13 w pregnant. For the past three days or so, I've had a small about of faint pinkish-brown vaginal discharge. I used to get something similar before I was pregnant, around ovulation time. However, obviously that's not the case this time!
My partner is away and has been for a week, so this isn't related to intercourse.
Has anyone else experienced something similar? Is it something I should call my Dr. about?

Yes, my cervix is usually fairly soft so that probably accounts for it.
I have had an ultrasound; next is scheduled for 18 weeks.

I had bleeding off and on throughout my first trimester, and then less so throughout my entire pregnancy.  It's actually not that uncommon, and many times a reason is never really found. Your cervix is so soft right now that even straining to have a bowel movement can cause a bit of bleeding.  Usually it is from the outside of the cervix and does not harm or impact the baby.

It is best to give your Dr. a call and let them know.  At this stage an ultrasound can reassure you that all is well, and they will probably also check to ensure that your cervix is closed.  Chances are that is the case.  Have you had an ultrasound yet?
