Highlights?

Does anyone have any experience of highlighting their hair in early pregnancy? Iv been reading some conflicting opinions on it and now am not sure whether to go ahead or not. Is this a danger to baby or not? I'm 7+2

Battling the gray is not fun. I finally found a permanent, non ammonia dye that covers well.
Highlights would be fine since they're not on your scalp at all.

I know you have to be careful with the fumes and it is best to wait until the second trimester.  Also, I have heard that your hormones can do unpredictable things with the color.  I'm waiting until my baby is here, just in case.  Good luck either way.

I was a hairstylist for 10 years.
Highlights do not touch the scalp so they should be fine. However color on the other hand is applied directly to the head. So in my opinion I would do the highlights but not color. If you can wait until your second trimester. I'm going to wait as long as I can but my grey is already showing.

My doctor told me its fine after the first trimester. I wanted until my second and wore a mask.
