Allie:
Thank you so much for posting your story for me I read it and just teared up with happiness! Congratulations to you and your husband!
I looked at your photos and saw your beautiful son's sonos. I would be crying in the sono exam room. Of course the projesterone that I am taking is making me even cry at funny things and I am not usually like that!
I am going to pop in on your main page from time to time to see your son growing & then born!!!
This 2ww is hard I have been trying to stay busy yet relaxed to keep my mind off the wait :)
Thanks Sincerely,
Renee
Hi there-
I can certainly relate to what you are going through. I am a soon to be IVF mom. We are currently 28 1/2 weeks pregnant with our first-a little boy.
We tried unsuccessfully to get pregnant for 2 years. Finally went to first my OB and then an RE. Had an HSG, all was clear. We proceed to do clomid for a few rounds with no success. We then did 5 IUI's-all unsuccessful. We finally decided to move to IVF and it worked on the first try! Our chances were slim-they were able to take 12 eggs, of which only 4 fertilized. Only 2 were strong enough to be transferred, and even those were mediocre. I am 35, but have an elevated FSH and poor egg quality.
I am hoping this gives you some hope, as anything is possible! Best of luck you you and all the rest of the ladies undergoing IVF!
