Thanks for the reply, I believe that clomid will help regulate my progestrone levels and have to take it day 3 or 5 that's why I'd like to see my OB during my period

Clomid will also help regulate your progesterone levels! That is one thing my OB did before I started the progesterone supplements.

Your doctor cannot check your progesterone levels until after you ovulate so going during your period will do no good!

Yes , I'm really worried and frustrated about it . I'm on my cycle day 26 and today the dark discharge started (very dark brown) anyway i'll wait the 3rd day of my period then i'll go to my Ob to do blood test and check again . I asked my OB if he can prescribe me clomid coz i really want a baby he said that i don't need coz everything's ok ...just wait .

You are very welcome! I know how frustrating it is to have spotting. Your period is bad enough but bleeding half the month, that is enough to drive any woman mad!

I too had a lot of spotting midcycle and a before my period. Once I started on progesterone all of that stopped and conceived my two beautiful boys! You may also have low progesterone which could be causing the bleeding/spotting. You may want to mention this to your OB and he/she could start you on a progesterone supplement three days after you ovulate.

Good luck!
