I'm due in 4 days any ideas how to help getting this baby on the move?(:

I'm.due in 4days also! I have a doctor appt in a few hours n I'm still 2cm hopefully I made progress. Hopefully ur baby comes soon:)
Stress will slow the process down. Try to relax. None of the "home remedies" will work until your body is ready. For FTMs, most go to close to 41 weeks.
