The only problem I see with eating (high quantities) it is that if it's what's I'm thinking. The Mexican spicy powder for fruit or candy. It can cause u heartburn but also dilutes ur iron so consuming way too much of it can make u animic which is bad in pregnancy. But just a little bit here or there should be fine. Now the Limon is alright. I eat all my food with Limon on it and I have not had any problems. At all. The only thing I would say on that is to avoid suckling on Limon cuz it messes up ur teeth enamel. I had to get a thin cover filling on my front teeth cuz of it. So now I just put Limon on my food.
The above comment isn't correct actually. Eating spicy food (in any quantity) will not give your baby acne or allergies. If anything, you might experience heartburn.
Specifically about allergies, the most recent evidence says more children are developing food allergies because they are not being exposed to the foods when they are young. And that there is no proof that avoiding allergen foods while pregnant has any effect on the likelihood of the baby developing allergies later on.
The only food you need to avoid are fish high in mercury, undercooked meat, and anything that may be spoiled, contaminated, unpasteurized, or generally unsafe food that would make you sick. Everything you mentioned should be just fine.
I would say it won't harm the baby unless u eat spicy foods all the times ur baby could have a chance to born with allergies on her/his body and get baby acnic (pimples) but it won't don't eat it too often its fine and about limon its totally fine u can eat it all the times if u crave it a lot
