Need some help

I am new to the site, hopefully someone can help. I am 36 and on my first pregnancy. I am on my second IVF cycle, I had my transfer on Feb.1, I took a blood test on 2-15, they say I am pregnant, I am still on progesterone shots, I have been having some light spotting since the transfer, yesterday I had a slightly larger dark brown spot, today, I had another dark brown spot followed by bright red when I wiped, every time I go to the bathroom I get the bright red or pink spotting everytime I wipe. Could this be implantation bleeding? or could I be misscarrying? I still feel tenderness in my breasts and I have had a bad headache all day, does anyone know of any success stories after experiencing these symptoms. Please help, thank you.

The doctor said they would'nt see me until friday to look for the sac, they said it is to soon right now, not much they can do until then, they did have me go in for another blood test (Monday) to see if my levels increased and they have more than doubled since friday. So they said it looks good but the fact that I still haven't stopped spotting concerns me. Thanks for the advice.

You should try to get in and see a doctor he may do an ultrasound to see if you are still carrying a sac. I had a incident like that last month and miscarried one of my babies, but along with my bleeding I passed big clots not spotting here. I am much better now and carrying the other baby just fine ....not trying to scare you but for your the baby's safety I would see a doctor.
