I am so paranoid and worry a lot these days. I am on my 6th week. My first visit to my OB-Gyne will be on the 27th. Is it true that the my worries will affect my baby? Please share your thoughts:)

Stress and anxious feelings are hard on your body and emtioal well being.
If you don't have access to counselling try some of these tips....Example:

Do a gratitude list each morning and/or when you begin to worry about things you can't control. Do before bed for better sleep.

Spend at least 5 minutes focusing on positives in your 1. Relationships 2. Health 3. Environment....living situation or work...4. ANYTHING THAT MADE YOU SMILE THAT DAY

Example:

I am grateful for my husband who supports me emotionally, my cat who loves me unconditionally and purrs in my ear, My pregnancy that is going well, my hair and nails for growing long, my home and having enough to get by on, the sunshine today and flowers in my yard.

As you can see there can be both small things, big things, and silly things to be grateful for. The idea is to fill your mind and heart with grattitude and appreciation for all thst you have vs. worrying about things you don't have or have no control of.

Commit to doing this for 30 days and you will change your life/thoughts/outlook

Stress can affect your pregnancy and baby. What are you so worried about? Try to come up with ways to ease your worries. Talk to your Dr too. My husband always tell me that there's no point in worring about something if you can't do anything about it. It helps me alot to remember that.
