I bought some capri's over the weekend.. and when I looked at myself profile in the long mirror I decided I am a ball of fat on a stick.. haha... I look like s...  It is not a pretty sight... and I guess I will only get bigger over these last few weeks... agghhh I am so ready to have my body back..

i think it would be great if we all moved to the weight forum after giving birth so we can have the same support as we did in pregnancy.  I know from my last pregnancy (2 yrs in aug) i was still holding on 10lbs when i got prego with this one.  maybe it is something we can start up, just for some support and laughs.  i have a g/f that left the hospital in jeans and doesnt have a mark on her.  she of course is not good for support and has no empathy for me whatsoever.

my dh is a harda$$ and won't let a compliment slip out of his mouth! =/, but in certain other ways he lets me know he loves me... like cooking dinner for me, like waking me up from my naps when it's time to go to bed in a very loving way.... he pulls me up from the couch carefully and calls me cute names... and talks to me very nurturing....

I guess those are the things that make up for his lack of 'expressiveness'.... hehe

Keep up the good attitude! i know you were so scared at the begining! and what you've gone thru (like most of us...) makes you feel so special about your pregnancy... so... enjoy it! =)

We just think it's funny all the 'side effects' from having this WONDERFUL time in our lives, and somewhat, we have to make fun of ourselves and not take it too seriously, otherwise we'd freak out! lol

i know you you girls are just getting laughs...believe me, i have to as well or i would cry.  :)  at home is the one place where i can feel comfortable and even feel comfortable naked.  (haha, not like I am going to come to work naked if i was comfy here) but I mean it is just nice to have someone constantly telling me how beautiful i am or sexy....when i feel like a total piece of cr#p.  I don't know what I would do without his support and constant comments.  :)  Funny how men (and other women) are a lot easier on us than we are on ourselves.

ok the other day I wore a pair of pg. cords... and I said oh my these feel like leggings now..  I am getting big as a house and I can't seem to stop I wake up at night and just want to eat and eat... uffff....

you girls are tooooo funny!!  I bet you all look gorgeous.  I am 21 1/2 weeks and I have gained 20lbs at least (appt this thurs for the exact).  I am huge.  My clothes have to be painted on practically.  But honestly, i feel great.  (it isn't hot out yet so I still have time to be positive).  My bb's are huge and my nipples are just as big.  My butt is like the size of 4 hippo butts.  But I still sleep naked next to my husband who does nothing but tell me how beautiful I am.  Inside I know he might look at my legs and think of where his wife's legs have gone but I know he also sees how pretty I am in spite of all the fat.  He loves me pregnant, it drives him crazy.  I don't know why but it definitely makes me feel better.  I sit and think about the day when I will have the ol' bod back but when I really think about it, this is the best place to be in the whole world.  I have a baby!!!  How beautiful is that.  Ok, when it gets hot in june and july and i am bit##ing about my bbs sticking to my belly, remind me of how beautiful i am ....thanks.  :)

I know! I have to spread my legs like one of those nasty fat guys to be able to fit the gut in between! too much for a 'lady like' manners! specially when I am in meetings with my boss and the 'big wig'...
I am also sporting a hip to hip!... but now it looks more like a 'wrap around'... since my 'flower' looks puffy,... i think my belly is taking over my lady parts!
Last time I attempted to shave 'just the sides' I ended with a nice crooked mohawk that dh just couldn't help but crack up...

My DH made the mistake this morning.. *on my birthday* mind you, to tell me that he saw one of his friends and they asked him if I've had the baby yet, he said "nope but she is so huge...... I bout Sh*t!.. then he added and she is so beautiful.. I think he added that last part because he heard me grunt!!! And then forgot to tell me happy birthday!! CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT???? but then when I got home today from running errands there was a big punch of roses on the porch... awwwww... he thinks I forgive him...... ahahaha... he's in for it...lol

My hubby laughed the other day, and said my thighs have filled out enough now that he could slap my a$$ and ride the waves in!!  What a perv!!  I know it's all in fun and that I will lose it shortly after birth.  Hopefully anyway, it has only taken me 2w after the birth of my other 2 children to get back into my regular clothes!!  If not though, my husbands just going to have to get used to surfing for the rest of his life!!

I hear you ladies.  I am huge.  I look like a fat old man with this preg.  When I sit, I have to spread my legs so my belly can sag down between them.

My whole body is soft like the Pillsbury Dough guy.  You can't even see my nice new $10K boobs over my extended gut.

I have at least two chins.

I'm sweaty and am sporting a hip to hip since I can't see to shave.

That said, DH still wants to do it with me.  Amazing.  Guess it's true what they say about guys.  Anything in a dress LOL.

I can't wait to go running, eat sushi and douse a few glasses of red wine!

My oldest was talking about a movie called "Big Fat Mamma" and made a point to say that it was the name of a movie and not referring to me. I just laughed and said that right now I kind of was a big fat mamma and hope that I don't stay this way too long after baby is born!  :-)

p.s. I'm so tired of thinking about every little thing I eat, but if I have even the littlest "treat" it goes right to my butt and shows up on that scale at the doctor's office too! Just let me eat what I want and quit weighing me already!  What if I refused to get on the scale at my next visits? What would they do?  

I did walk for 45 minutes today though. Now that it is actually getting nicer outside, maybe I can make myself do that more often.
