Severe systems

I have severe nausea, fatigue, breast tenderness and my stomach is growing so fast. I was on clomid and fell pregnant after 3 months of using it.

Could it be that I'm pregnant with twins or multiples?

I felt the same way, I am pregnant with my third and this pregnancy I am showing sooner and my symptoms are very severe. Plus in the beginning my hcg levels were through the roof. The doctors even told me it could be multiples based on my blood work. Turn out to be just a very stubborn little girl. Yup only one :) just remember ever pregnancy is different

well, if they are that much more severe than your others, I say be prepared for the possibility, but don't get your heart set on it

No it's my fourth pregnancy.  All the others was singletons.
I am six weeks along now

I'm pregnant with twins and my symptoms were more severe than with my other pregnancies, but there are many women who have much more severe symptoms than I did who have a singleton pregnancy
