can't shake this viral infection

Two Sundays ago I got a viral infection.  I ran fever from Sunday-Thursday. I was actually feeling a little better yesterday and then started running a low grade fever again. 99.22. I'm 10 weeks and 3 days pregnant. I'm worried this has turned into something that needs antibiotic. How can I tell?  Should I go back to the doctor? I'm in tears right now b/c I don't know what to do.  I'm so tired and sick at my stomach and its all from the infection not pregnancy. It always takes me longer to get over sickness but the whole running fever thing again after not having in for 4 days is scaring me.

I would go to the doctor, ER or something thats too long. I beleive you and I were sick around the same time. Maybe our immune system can be a little weaker too with pregnancy, I dont know I am just saying.My head has been hurting really bad, my blood pressure is okay though.

But dont wait please go see about yourself
