Had my NT test today...
Just got back from my NT test! Won't have the "official" results for 10 days...but, based on what I could find online, the nuchal fold measures normal. The MD took the measurement three times, and it was 1.86, 1.93 and 1.86 mm. I'm 11 weeks, 5 days according to LMP...but according to all the measurements he took today, the baby is measuring at 12 weeks, 6 days! The heart rate today was 157. It was so exciting to see the baby today! It looks more like a baby now...I could see the little feet and hands waving around. Anyway...I just wanted to share!

OHHH!!! I cant wait for my next ultra sound I'm 9 weeks.... we heard the heart beat at 5 weeks,so maybe I'm a week further then we thought,with my daughter we could not hear the heart beet until almost 7 weeks.has anybody heard a heart beat that early 5 weeks???
Great news Tricia!! Sounds like all is going well and baby is growing nice and healthy. I hope momma is feeling well too!!!! Congrats to you!!!

I remember when I had mine done w/ Chloe, I was 40 at the time also. They told us right after the measurements that it looked normal and we were so relieved. For some reason, that test just really gave me a good feeling.
The Tech also told us she could tell it was a girl - did your Tech try to guess?

Yay Tricia!! I was waiting to read your post! NT results sound great, nice strong heartbeat...excellent news! Can't wait for my appt Thurs...for some reason, I only focus on the NT results, I tend to associate that more with problems than even the bloodwork...So glad all went well today! Pam
