vaginal birth...
Just wondering does anyone worry about going back to normal down below after the more babies u have. This will be my 3rd, my 1st two were natural delivery's and I've recently started worrying if everything will snap back into shape once again after a 3rd delivery x
Women bodies were made for this so im sure it will go back to Normal. Don't stress.
In my opinion after the first it's never "back to normal". But I am curious how it will be now that I'm older. I will definitely do my kegel excerises after. I'm more worried about not having problems holding my urine after.
